Saturday June 21st 8am Sprint Tri Workout/Brunch

Sally & Suzan are planning to swim, bike & run this Saturday at 8am at Lake Nokomis.
Please join us. More importantly, we'll be going out for brunch after this workout.

Sally will be prepping for olympic distance. Suzan will be prepping for the
the Sprint distance.

Anyone want to join us? More importantly, where should we brunch after?
I haven't visited the blog in a while, sorry I missed last weekend's workout.

Group Swim & Bike Sat 14th

Hi guys,

About 4 of us are planning to meet up for a swim at 8am this Saturday the 14th and then going for a bike ride afterwards. Hilary can't bike afterwards but the rest of us will be going out.

Anyone else interested? Meeting up at the beach about 8am.

Lake swim or bike ride Saturday June 14th?

Anyone want to meet at Lake Nakomis around 8am for a swim and/or a bike ride on Saturday June 14th?

I believe Sara is organizing something for this Saturday the 7th but I am unable to attend this Saturday.

Also I do not have any plans to order new Team Mike shirts for this years Tri as I didn't get any responses. Just thought I would let you know in case you were wondering the status of that.

NEW Team Mike shirts?

Is there any interest in new 2008 Team Mike shirts? Let me know if you are interested, I will gauge interest and if there are enough people interested I will put something together similar to what Erika did last year. Things are slow for me at work so I'm happy to coordinate this task.

If you can't post to the blog you can just email me at jendockerty@gmail.com and let me know your thoughts on the shirts. I'm open to your ideas as well. What did you like or dislike about the shirts last year?

Running

Hello out there!

If anyone has a regular running schedule, will you please let me know if you're up for company? I've been running 9:30/min pace for about 2 miles about 3x a week, but I have a plan to increase! If anyone is doing any road races before the tri, let me know too.
